I have always regarded myself as a healthy person. I played sports consistently growing up, usually passed on random treats brought into the office... hell, I even ran two marathons! Despite my "healthy" lifestyle I was always unable to lose weight and feel strong and confident.

However, after meeting Jill, I learned so much more about how to live a healthier lifestyle. Jill taught me how to eat more balanced meals by incorporating more vegetables and cutting out more carbs (although that's not the only thing to it!). I also learned that it wasn't about counting calories or adding more exercise on top of my regular routine but instead about eating the right foods at the right times.

In the first six months of knowing Jill, I lost 18lbs and gained strength and confidence. I'm still at my lowest weight today! I've been able to take the strategies she taught me and whenever I know I need to get back on track, I always go back to what I've learned from her.
