I'm Jill and I currently reside in the South End of Boston and I'm passionate about all things health, nutrition and fitness. I graduated from Babson College in Wellesley, MA in 2010 with a degree in marketing. Although I've been actively interested in wellness for the past 10 years, it wasn't until 5 years ago that I decided to take it to the next level with a more formal education at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I am now a proud Board Certified Health Coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).
Beyond my training in nutrition, I am a certified Spin, Bootcamp and Yoga Instructor (RYT 200). When I'm not making other people work hard, I enjoy running, yoga, bootcamp and taking spin classes myself. I've completed 7 half marathons, 1 marathon and 4 triathlons.
Health Prevails was born in 2016 when I finally took the leap into marrying my business background and education with my desire to help other women realize their potential and take action to become the bride about which they've always dreamed.
